Purifying spring diet

The diet is suitable for spring season. It is not desirable to make this diet more than 5 days. It is better variant to start it in the beginning of the month – 5 days and after 15 days in rest you can continue it more 3 days.

1st Day

Breakfast: warm tea without sugar or coffee without sugar

Second breakfast: 300g cherries

Lunch: salad with tomatoes and cucumbers (dressed with olive and lemon)

Afternoon snack: 300g cherries

Dinner: vegetable soup (carrot, cabbage, tomato, potato, parsley,)

2nd Day

Breakfast: warm tea without sugar or coffee without sugar

Second breakfast: apple or grapefruit

Lunch: chicken meat, stewed vegetables

Dinner: green salad with egg with small piece of ham (chicken or turkey 70g)

3rd Day

Breakfast: warm tea without sugar or coffee without sugar

Second breakfast: 300g cherries

Lunch: low-fat fish, fresh vegetables

Afternoon snack: 300 cherries

Dinner: vegetable soup

4th Day

Only cherries – 2kg portioned out on 5 parts

5th Day

Breakfast: warm tea without sugar or warm coffee without sugar

Second breakfast: one banana

Lunch: salad with tomatoes and cucumbers (dressed with olive and lemon)

Afternoon snack: 300g cherries

Dinner: vegetable soup

During the diet you should drink 1,5l every day. If you will make the 3-days cycle you can use the menu from 1st , 2nd an 4th day.
