Lunch:  2 eggs and grated pumpkin

boiled or baked fish d-150

fruit of choice (no banana)

16.00 - 100 grams of cooked pumpkin

Dinner:

salad of shredded carrots and cabbage

roast chicken without skin, 200g

200 g yogurt

 

Second day

Breakfast:

coffee or tea without sugar

250 g cooked unsweetened pumpkin

10.00 h - pineapple juice

Lunch:

salad of tomatoes and cooked beans, flavored with olive oil  baked fish, garnish - fresh vegetables

fruit

16.00 - 100 grams of cooked pumpkin

Dinner:

cucumber salad

vegetable omelet with pumpkin

herbal teas

 

Third day

Breakfast:

coffee or tea without sugar

250 g cooked unsweetened pumpkin

10.00 h - carrot juice

Lunch:

salad of cooked beans with olive oil fields

ham slice

apple

16.00 h - 200 ml. yoghurt

Dinner:

vegetable salad and cottage cheese

200 g roasted pumpkin

 

Fourth day

Breakfast:

coffee or tea without sugar

250 g cooked unsweetened pumpkin

10.00 h - fruit juice choice

Lunch:

baked fish, boiled potatoes, garnish

fruit

16.00 - 100 grams of cooked pumpkin

Dinner:

cabbage salad with carrots

roast veal

150 g grapes

 

Fifth day

Whole day just eat boiled pumpkin.

Eligible have coffee without sugar, unsweetened herbal teas, fruit juices

 

After a five-day diet cycle can be repeated, since the menu is balanced and the body does not cease to be a complete meal.
