Interesting Diet

The good thing about this diet is that calories count of 1300. I will not torment hunger. It will be delivered five kilograms or even more - it depends on your metabolism. This basic diet is to drink plenty of water - the more the better. Before each meal as you eat salad consisting of cucumber, celery, tomatoes and lettuce. You can use yogurt, lemon juice and spices - no salt - and add to taste sliced apple. Choose your meal for each one of the following options:

 

Breakfast sandwich

 

1. Bread and some butter, apples and bananas.

2. 250 g low-fat milk, orange or apple and two slices whole wheat bread.

3. Two slices with honey and a big banana.

4. Boiled egg with slice of bread and natural yoghurt.

 

Lunch

 

1. 100 g baked meat

2. 4 potatoes, cooked and awash in soy sauce and bit of cheese

 

DINNER

 

1. 50 g cooked chicken or beef and a vegetable salad.

2. Baked fish with lemon juice and salad of cucumbers and tomatoes.

3. 200 g boiled or grilled fish, a half cup of beans and vegetable salad.

 

Between each meal, select one of these combinations

- Banana and apple

- Two slices of bread and yogurt

- 70 g fat no cheese

- Natural orange juice or orange with hardtack
