Herbal diet--BODY-DIETS.comThis diet was created by Dr. Jean-Philippe Z. It runs for 14 days. There are two main uses - to reduce overweight and cleansing the body. At its base are herbal infusions that are drinking the night before sleep. Most effective are the potions of juniper, nettle, couch, leek extract, but may be used in potions and other medicinal plants, as our country is rich. Keep in mind that some herbs can you act strong diuretic and comply with it. Never use herbs whose effects do not know well.

 

There are three basic rules:

A. The day you should start with 2 cups of water, which just squeezed juice of 1 lemon.

B. The day ends with a drinking cup herbal infusion, immediately before bedtime.

When the decoction is prepared, proceed as follows:

1. Herbs are boiled with bay water

C. Throughout the day drink lots of water (preferably mineral).

 

 

Menu for 14 days

Overall, the menu of the diet must be followed, but some foods can be substituted - cauliflower with spinach, meat, fish or 2 eggs, biscuits - with hardtack.

1 day

Breakfast: 50 g oatmeal with a glass of milk, a piece sausage, a glass of orange juice, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: a small sandwich with bread and fish, a cup of yogurt, apple

Afternoon snack: glass of milk with fruit cocktail of choice

Dinner: raw carrots, 1 / 4 roasted chicken, a cup of yogurt

2 days

Breakfast: slice of toast with butter, a piece of cheese, salami slice, tea without sugar

Lunch: a small sandwich with ham, yoghurt, fruit choice

Afternoon snack: fruit cocktail with milk choice

Dinner: salad of corn, fish fillet with tomatoes, cheese slice

3 days

Breakfast: slice of toast with butter, a piece sausage or roast beef, yogurt, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: grated carrot, 1 / 4 roasted chicken, stewed green beans, green salad, yogurt

Afternoon snack: apple or grapefruit

Dinner: salad of peppers, slice cheese with tomato, cracker

4 days

Breakfast: 50 g oatmeal, a cup of milk, 1 hard boiled egg, lemon tea without sugar

Lunch: grilled chicken sandwich, yogurt, 1 / 2 grapefruit

Afternoon snack: fruit cocktail with milk choice

Dinner: salad of radishes with yogurt, 150 g beef liver, raw carrot

5 days

Breakfast: slice of toast with butter, yogurt, a piece of ham, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: sandwich with egg, yogurt, apple

Afternoon snack: fruit cocktail with milk choice

Dinner: mushrooms, fish fillets, tomatoes, cheese slice

6 days

Breakfast: chicken leg, a piece of cheese, a glass of tomato juice, a cup of coffee without sugar

Lunch: carrot, stewed chicken, orange

Afternoon snack: 2 biscuits

Dinner: 200 g cheese, grated carrot to apple, 2 biscuits

7 days

Breakfast: a slice of ham, cheese, glass of tomato juice, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: boiled fish, vegetables, apple

Afternoon snack: 2 biscuits

Dinner: salad of green beans, 200 g of cheese with pepper, 1 biscuit

8 days

Breakfast: 50 g oatmeal with milk, a piece of ham, tomato juice, tea without sugar

Lunch: tuna sandwich, yogurt, apple

Afternoon snack: a cup of yogurt

Dinner: salad of peppers, 1 / 4 roast chicken, 150 g stewed mushrooms, yogurt

9 days

Breakfast: a slice of  bread with butter, a piece of cheese, a piece of chicken sausage, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: sausage with a slice of bread, yogurt, tangerine or 1 / 2 grapefruit

Afternoon snack: fruit cocktail with milk choice

Dinner: green salad with lemon, 200 g cheese, 1 biscuit

10 days

Breakfast: a slice of bread with butter, a piece salami, yogurt, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: salad of cabbage, stewed green beans, yogurt

Afternoon snack: apple or banana

Dinner: salad of cauliflower, fish fillets, pepper, a little piece of cheese

11 days

Breakfast: 50 g oatmeal with milk, 1 boiled egg, tea without sugar with juice of 1 / 2 lemon

Lunch: a small chicken sandwich, yogurt, apple

Afternoon snack: fruit cocktail with milk choice

Dinner: salad of tomatoes, a piece of beef, yogurt

12 days

Breakfast: a slice of bread with butter, yogurt, a piece of ham, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: sandwich with egg, yogurt, 1 / 2 grapefruit

Afternoon snack: fruit cocktail with milk choice

Dinner: fish fillets, spinach, cheese slice

13 days

Breakfast: chicken leg, a piece of cheese, tomato juice

Lunch: salad, optionally, beef stew with carrots, apple

Afternoon snack: 2 biscuits

Dinner: sausage, salad, 1 biscuit, tea without sugar

14 days

Breakfast: a slice of ham, cheese, glass of tomato juice, coffee or tea without sugar

Lunch: a cocktail of yogurt and lemon, a small portion of fish, vegetables, optionally, apple

Afternoon snack: 2 biscuits

Dinner: 200 g cheese, 1 biscuit
