Diet after Christmas

First day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of toasted bread, 1 apple

Lunch: 1 cup fresh vegetable of choice

Lunch: 300 g stewed vegetables

Afternoon snack: 1 cup tomato juice

Dinner: 200 g celery (root and leaf), cooked and seasoned with pepper and parsley

 

Second day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of toasted bread with 50 g lean ham

Lunch: 1 cup orange juice

Lunch: 300 g roast pork loin and 100 g stewed mushrooms

Afternoon snack: 1 cup tea without sugar

Dinner: 1 chicken schnitzel, baked without fat in a Teflon pan

Third day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 grapefruit

Lunch: 2 apples

Lunch: 2 bananas

Afternoon snack: 1 orange

Lunch: 1 grapefruit; 100 grams dried fruit, optional

Fourth day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of toasted bread with 50 g of smoked turkey fillet

Lunch: 1 cup Buttermilk

Lunch: 250 g fish fillets optional, sprinkled with parsley, stewed with a little vegetable oil and seasoned with pepper and lemon juice

Afternoon snack: 1 cup Buttermilk

Dinner: 200 g roast chicken

Fifth day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of toasted bread 2 tomatoes

Second breakfast: 1 small black radish

Lunch: 1 cabbage salad with carrots and 1 boiled egg, seasoned with a little vegetable oil and lemon juice

Afternoon snack: 2 tomatoes

Dinner: 1 cabbage salad with carrots, seasoned with a little vegetable oil and lemon juice, 1 apple

Sixth day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of toasted  bread, smeared with curd cheese and parsley

Lunch: 1 cup skim milk

Lunch: 2 poached eggs, cooked without fat in a Teflon pan, 1 cup skim milk

Afternoon snack: 1 cup yogurt

Dinner: 1 cup yogurt

Seventh day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of toasted bread 2 tomatoes

Second breakfast: 3 grated carrots with lemon juice

Lunch: 200 g sauerkraut

Afternoon snack: 1 orange

Dinner: 200 g sauerkraut, 1 apple
