We offer you a diet to help you losing weight just in autumn, where most fresh fruits and vegetables.
Beginning of the diet must be Sunday: landing straight day - the only mineral water or fruit juice only
Monday
200 ml. hot water, which was dissolved in 1 tsp cider vinegar
1, 200 kilograms (3 buckets) yogurt, 5 adopted for the day
300 g of fresh vegetables (the best for lunch)
to 3 cups of sugar-free option
2 l water
Tuesday
200 ml. hot water, which was dissolved in 1 tsp cider vinegar
400 - 500 g chicken, divided into 5 day considered
salad of various vegetables - a midday meal
2 different fruits (consumed by 13.00)
2 l water
Wednesday
200 ml. hot water, which was dissolved in 1 tsp cider vinegar
2 kilograms of fruit distributed at 5 for the day taking
2 l water
Do not drink coffee that day!
Thursday
