The main rule of the Japanese diet has one main rule you should drink 1 liter of green tea per a day. You should not eat anything between meals. Breakfast: 1 whole-loaf (80 g).
Lunch: 1 large grapefruit, 2 apples.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, 250 g boiled beef, salad of green vegetables, seasoned with olive oil.
4 and 11 days
Breakfast: 100 g low-fat cottage cheese.
Lunch: 1 soft-boiled egg, 3 boiled carrots, topped with 1 teaspoon grated cheese.
Dinner: fruit salad (the best apple and citrus).
5 and 10 days
Breakfast: 2 slices of toasted brown bread, covered with a jam.
Lunch: 1 boiled fish, a glass of tomato juice.
Dinner: vegetable salad with cheese cubes.
And 6-and 9-and
Breakfast: 2-3 slices of bread.
Lunch: 2 boiled chicken legs, coleslaw.
Dinner: 2 boiled eggs, salad of shredded carrots, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice.
And 7-and 8-and Day
Breakfast: 1 slice of bread and 2 slices of cheese.
Lunch: 250 g boiled beef with vegetables, 1 fruit.
Dinner: fruit salad and 1cup of yoghurt
