First day

Breakfast: 1 cup of coffee or tea without sugar, 1 slice of toasted bread, 1 apple

Lunch: 1 cup fresh vegetable of choice

Lunch: 300 g stewed vegetables

Afternoon snack: 1 cup tomato juice

Dinner: 200 g celery (root and leaf), cooked and seasoned with pepper and parsley

Training on an empty stomach can make you feel weak, but work on a full stomach can make your stomach upsets and discomfort.
