Diet with yogurtThis diet yogurt is only for  three days and promises losing three kilograms. Furthermore, the diet with yogurt does not deprive the body of anything necessary.

Yogurt contains many important enzymes, vitamins of group B minerals calcium, phosphorus, potassium, magnesium, zinc, etc. Amino acids in yogurt help build new cells, tissues and muscles. It improves metabolism and stimulates fat burning, normal operation of the colon is working well in inflammatory processes, strengthens the immune system clears the blood of toxins and normalizes cholesterol.

In the days of the diet should drink at least 2 liters of mineral water and herbal teas. Coffee is also allowed, but without sugar.

First day
Breakfast: 1 slice of brown bread, thinly spread with curd cheese or desalinated
Second breakfast: 150 g yoghurt
Lunch: Baked potatoes with cheese, 1 yoghurt

Second day

Second breakfast: 150 g yoghurt
Lunch: 1 Salad with cucumbers and tomatoes
Afternoon snack: 150 g yoghurt
Dinner: 200 g baked fish, a salad of cabbage and carrots, seasoned with olive oil and lemon juice

Third Day
Breakfast: 1 slice of brown bread, thinly spread with curd cheese
Second breakfast: 150 g yoghurt
Lunch: a cheese omelet, toast a whole-grain bread
Afternoon snack: 150 g yoghurt
Dinner: salad of 3 boiled potatoes, 1 / 4 boiled beetroot, 1 / 2 apple, 1 / 2 cucumber, 1-2 stalks of green onion, 1 tablespoon vegetable oil, lemon juice, 1 cup of yogurt sauce, dill and salt to taste
