Diet low in carbohydrates

This diet is particularly effective, given that people are focusing on foods with high concentration of carbohydrates such as bread, rice, potatoes, pasta, etc. These foods can make people feel gorged, heavy, and apathetic, and when a similar quantity of food limit in the daily routine, the energy per person is rising significantly.

The diet focuses on eliminating carbohydrates from the menu (especially the first few days). Thus, the body will start to be released from ketones (very small fragments of carbon - byproducts of incomplete combustion of fat) in quantities sufficient to lead to a significant reduction in body weight. Since carbohydrates are the body's main fuel for generating energy in their absence, he will use for this purpose, stored fat, and the fact that ketones are eliminated, the hunger disappears, and consequently - reducing weight. In keeping with this diet will improve your metabolism and your body will protect their bones.

Limiting food high in carbohydrates can achieve quick results, but my advice is still to include in your diet 100 g carbohydrates, such as eating 200 g of baked potatoes, pasta or rice, and fruits high in carbohydrates such as bananas.

Pulses (peas and lentils), which both contain a high percentage of carbohydrates and proteins, as well as the combination of root vegetables (carrots, turnips) fruit with low water content (pineapple, mango and dried fruits are equally good food, and incorporating them in your diet, you will feel much more energetic and vital.

If you follow such a diet (and do not eat enough fruits and vegetables) do not forget that your body will need high doses of vitamin C, vitamins B-complex, potassium and folic acid.
