Lose weight before Christmas

The wave of holiday eating starts already panicky. We expect "heavy" days in all possible meanings. So while it is time to melt suggest another pound.

For example weekly menu

Monday

Breakfast: 1 cup granola with soy milk

Lunch: salad of fresh cabbage and carrots, vegetable soup

Afternoon snack: 200 g stewed with potatoes, mushrooms, 1 cup fresh apple

Dinner: 1 fruit salad

 

Tuesday

Breakfast: 1 cup tomato juice, 2 biscuits, 1 cup of herbal tea

Lunch: 1 mushroom soup, 1 fruit salad

Afternoon snack: 200 g stewed vegetables

Dinner: 200 g of sour cabbage leaves with rice and mushrooms, 1 slice whole wheat bread

 

Wednesday

Breakfast: 1 banana, 1 cup green tea

Lunch: 1 vegetable soup, 1 fresh beet salad with a little apple

Afternoon snack: 2-3 biscuits, 1 cup tomato juice

Dinner: 1 salad of tomatoes and cucumbers, 1 cup fresh apple

 

Thursday

Breakfast: 1 cup cooked oatmeal with a little soy milk and honey, 1 cup of herbal tea

Lunch: 1 vegetable soup, fresh salad of radish and carrot

Afternoon snack: 2 slices wholegrain bread, coated with olive oil and sprinkled with dried basil

Dinner: 1 cup boiled Elba little soy milk and honey, 1 cup of herbal tea

 

Friday

Breakfast: 1 cup granola with soy milk

Lunch: salad of fresh cabbage and carrots, vegetable soup

Afternoon snack: 200 g stewed with potatoes, mushrooms, 1 cup fresh apple

Dinner: 1 fruit salad

 

Saturday

Breakfast: 1 cup fresh apple, 2 biscuits, 1 cup of green tea

Lunch: 1 salad of beets and carrots

Afternoon snack: 2 apples, baked, topped with honey and cinnamon

Dinner: boiled potatoes and salad with carrots, onions and pickles

 

Sunday

Breakfast: oatmeal cooked with a little soy milk and honey, 1 cup of herbal tea

Lunch: salad of cabbage, carrots and turnips, 1 vegetable soup

Afternoon snack: 2 slices wholegrain bread, coated with olive oil and sprinkled with dried basil

Dinner: 1 fruit salad, 1 cup green tea
